The Responsibility
Take over the marketing department, handle monthly marketing strategies, business plan and ads placement. Direct report to Armygrade CEO monthly marketing result and analytics report.
Add-ons monthly social media posting service to maintain Armygrade brand image and keep active in social media, it’s helps to grow the brand value and the marketing base.

Result
We cooperate in depth with Armygrade, from marketing to operation to business strategy. We spent couple weeks of meeting to work out new business model in this industry, which is autogate rental model.
To launch the model, there have many issue need to solve, from the backend, products, service and after sales. Fortunately although there are quite difficult to solve, but through the team work together we launched it finally.
We noticed that even this model is difficult to launched, but this more convinced that’s a right steps, because no one else follow in the industry. With this model we also get the Malaysia Book of record title “First Autogate Rental Service Provided”

Before that Armygrade is operate like others traditional autogate business, unbranded, offline, non fix priced, etc.
To bring up the brand value, we create new brand design system, implement army related elements to bring up the brand positioning, which is security and safety. Operation wise, we fixed the prices, provide excellent service & products. We do survey after sales service, to make sure we have provided great service to each customer, also get review on our social media platform, make all transparency, open to all.
We choose to promote online, it’s growth faster and affordable, brand awareness, exposure in front of targeting audience. This bring our outstanding with others in this industry.
